Our story
We bake because we love it, and we think you can taste the difference. At Le French Fix Pâtisserie on Prince Street, everything comes out of the oven fresh, and the counter is set before you arrive. From buttery croissants to celebration cakes, our pastry shop is a place where a quick coffee stop and a special order feel equally at home.
Halifax has plenty of places to grab something sweet, but we aim to be your favourite. Stop by Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM, or visit us Saturday from 10:00 AM. We close at 3:00 PM most weekdays, a little later on Fridays, and we rest on Sundays. Call us to ask about what's on offer or to place an order for your next celebration.
